GreenTech Fuel Saver
1. What is the difference between GreenTech Fuel Saver and other fuel savers which use Magnet, Infrared, and catalyst?
GreenTech Fuel Saver uses Molecula Technology. It is totally different to all other fuel saving devices around the world, and it does not content any chemicals or catalysts. A magnetic type fuel saver uses strong magnets and places a strong magnetic field around the treated fuel which may affect the sensitive electronics in today's modern vehicles. We use a magnet within the fuel saver as a temperature stabilizer only. The magnet is not used to treat the fuel; it controls the speed of the reaction to prevent a rapid uncontrolled reaction in the fuel. This ensures the molecular reaction continues in freezing conditions.
2. How long has this been in the market?
GreenTech has been in the market since May, 2007. Until now, GreenTech has been test for over 5 years including official lab tests and hundreds road tests. And now it is in Africa.
3. Can GreenTech Fuel Saver dissolve or remove impurities from the fuel tank? Can GreenTech clean the fuel filter?
No. GreenTech cannot dissolve or remove impurities or clean a dirty fuel filter.
4. What are the other benefits of installing the GreenTech Fuel Saver?
It will reduce the emissions, clean the carbon build-up inside the engine, increase the horsepower, and increase the torque.
On the other hand, because of the better fuel efficiency, it may also extend the life of catalytic converter, engine oil, fuel injectors, spark plugs, and save money on the maintenance.
5. Can I double my savings by installing another GreenTech Fuel Saver Kit?
No. The fuel saving percentage will be the same even you installed more than one GreenTech fuel saver kit.
By installing another GreenTech Fuel Saver will only reduce the time of finishing molecular reaction for the fuel. For example, if one kit takes 30 minutes to finish the molecular reaction of the fuel, two kits will take around 20 minutes to finish the molecular reaction.
6. Can I use petrol kits on diesel vehicles or Diesel kits on gasoline vehicles?
No. The diesel Fuel Saver is designed for diesel fuel, and the petrol Fuel Saver is designed for petrol only. The molecule reaction is different for each type of fuel. You will not receive the product benefits by installing an incorrect Fuel Saver sensor.
7. Can I notice an improvement right away?
Most users have felt the extra performance within 30 minutes after the installation, and an instant decrease of emissions on smog check. For older vehicles, optimum result for fuel saving may take up to 5000 kilometres at high speed driving depending on vehicle conditions.
8. Will GreenTech Fuel Saver void my vehicle warranty?
No. The GreenTech Fuel Saver will not affect your vehicle warranty. The State of California Air Resources Board and the U.S. EPA has determined the GREENTECH FUEL SAVER device “does not need to be registered as a fuel additive”.
Also, GreenTech Fuel Saver is not a modification to the vehicle. Therefore, GreenTech Fuel Saver will not void your vehicle's warranty.
9. Will GreenTech Fuel Saver in anyway damage my engine?
No. The GreenTech Fuel Saver does not content any chemicals or catalysts. It can only release the thermal energy in a specific wavelength to break the van der waals force between fuel and water molecules.
10. Will GreenTech Fuel Saver also work in my new car?
Yes. By installing GreenTech in a new car, it can prevent the carbon build-up situation and maintain the engine in a good condition. However, because the new vehicles use well designed engine with good combustion system, the difference of increasing fuel consumption and decreasing emissions may not be as much as it in the old vehicles.
11. Could my km/l stay the same or even decrease? Why?
Yes.
- It is possible that your engine could temporarily decrease in km/l and increase in emissions after the initial installation. This would be due to poor maintenance, excessive carbon build-up, and is temporary. The Fuel Saver will eventually stabilize the system.
- In vehicles that do not have computer control of the idle speed, the idle can increase by as much as 500RPM. If this occurs, please ask your mechanic to reduce the idle speed or you will not save fuel in traffic.
- Ensure the GreenTech Fuel Saver makes contact with the fuel. We have found that shortcuts have been taken during installation by dropping the Fuel Saver sensor down the filler neck. If a filter or anti-siphon device is fitted into the filler neck, the Fuel Saver sensor will not enter the fuel tank, and the fuel will not be treated.
- Ensure the engine is well serviced and the engine oil is in good condition. Change the engine oil if necessary.
- Any mechanical problem with the engine, in particular the fuel or lubrication system will cause the Fuel Saver to be ineffective.

Do I need to know anything about electricity to use the Future Technology Electricity Saver ?
No, just plug it in the socket nearest to your Distribution Board.
How do I know if I have one phase electricity in my home?
You will probably only have one meter. Most small or medium-sized homes are on one phase.
How well does the Future Technology Electricity Saver work?
It works well. Just plug it in. People who have tested the unit have found their electricity saving to be as much as 35%, although a saving of this magnitude can never be guaranteed. Your saving will depend on a number of factors. It could be 10%. Or 20%. Whatever your percentage saving, it should be looked at in terms of the cushion it provides against Eskom’s tariff increases. At the end of the day, any saving in electricity should be welcomed.
How does it work?
The Future Technology Electricity Saver smoothes out the current, preventing spikes in your electricity flow. For instance, every time you put on your kettle, there is a surge in the current. Each time you put on your washing machine or tumble dryer, there is a surge. The unit prevents these surges and spikes, saving you electricity in the process.
Does the Future Technology Electricity Saver affect the geyser in any way?
No it does not. Your geyser works off its own circuit.
Can it reduce a stove’s electricity consumption?
It cannot. Like a geyser, a stove has its own circuit.
On which appliances can the product reduce electricity?
Washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, hair-dryers, TVs, DVDs, iPods, hifi units, computers, lamps, swimming pool pumps, heaters…basically anything that can be plugged in.
Is the Future Technology Electricity Saver just a surge protector?
It is more than a surge protector. As the name implies, a surge protector simply offers protection against surges. The Future Technology Electricity Saver prevents surges and spikes and stores excess current. It is essentially a damper with intelligence.
How long before I start seeing results?
There is a seven to ten day “settling-in” period, during which you may not see any reduction in electricity usage. The ideal period over which to measure the Future Technology Electricity Saver’s efficacy is three months. Make a record of your electricity usage over a week, and a month, without the unit. Then plug it in and start keeping records, week on week, month on month.
